Program Description

Fort Myers Cup & all other PPE Tournaments include: 
• NHL Players for a Meet & Greet! *(at most events)  
• 4 Game Guarantee. (3) 15 Min periods for 16u & 18u. (3) 13’s for 8u thru 14u stop time.

Program Detail

Team Registration
Team Fee $1,999.00 Deposit $500.00
To be considered for an entry spot, both the application and deposit fee of $500 must be submitted. Once you submit your online application, our tournament organizer will review the application and notify you via email once approved typically within 72 hours.This email acknowledges receipt of your application as well as provides you with further information. If your application is rejected, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.

Balance MUST be paid in full no later than 60 days prior to the start of the tournament.

Tournament schedule will be released 10 days prior to the tournament start date. Schedules will be emailed to your team when finished and will be final. As always, please prepare to have assistant coaches to help and be aware that playoff game times are unknown. We do have the right to change a playoff game time at any time during the tourney if it can help with team conflicts.

This event is a STAY-TO-PLAY event. All bookings are handled by our awesome hotel partner, Team Travel Source (TTS). Please note that only local teams, will be excluded from having to book hotels thru TTS.

If your team is from outside (70+ Miles) of the local area and does not show up on our booking report when you check-in to the event for a minimum of 30 room nights, you will be required to pay an additional STAY-TO-PLAY fee of $600. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS! If you have any questions at all about this policy, please do not hesitate to contact the office. We appreciate everyone's understanding and compliance with the STAY-TO-PLAY policy, which is paramount to keeping our events in this area.
