Wednesday Night Training | Woodbury, MN

Take your game at the X to the next level this fall with a 6-session training series built around high-level instruction, competitive repetition, and measurable improvement.

Led by Joe Barnard at ES Lacrosse, each session is designed to help athletes build better technique, develop reliable counters, and become more confident in live faceoff situations.
